Main Features:

1. Driven by an AC frequency conversion motor, featuring soft start and soft stop, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

2. Hydraulic lifting of the gear ring, extremely stable. A shim under the sun gear allows for position adjustment, making efficient use of both the gear ring and sun gear.

3. The upper plate is equipped with an independent slow descent cylinder, which not only effectively prevents breakage of fragile workpieces but also allows for independent pressure control.

4. By using an electronic preset counter, the number of grinding cycles and requirements can be accurately controlled to achieve precise product dimensions.

5. The grinding disc can be dressed using a disc dressing method, achieving a flatness of up to 0.005mm after correction.

6. Can be connected to an ALC (frequency monitor).
